Some of them are even mentioned in renowned national and international tourism guides, which speaks volumes for their category. Of course, seafood and fish are the stars of the cookery in these establishments, although meats are in no way inferior. In the wine menu, the albariño –a highly reputed white wine that is cultivated in the region- stands out, although national and international wines are also included.
